Reservations may be made by phone or online and a credit card number is required to hold the reservation.
Reservations may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to arrival. We require a thirty (30) day cancellation notice for most special events. In the event that a cancellation is made after the required cancellation period you may be responsible for full payment of the reservation.
Payment may be made by cash, check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or gift certificate (Adams House, Texas Bed & Breakfast Association, or BedandBreakfast.com) during the time of your stay. Reservations for peak times such as South By Southwest, ACL, UT Graduation, or Formula 1 require full payment at least 30 days in advance.
We require a two (2) night minimum on weekend stays.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm or anytime after and check-out time is before 11:30 am. We will try to accommodate early check-ins with advanced notice.
Smoking and candle burning are strictly prohibited except out of doors.
We regret that our facilities are not suitable for children under the age of 10.
Large Groups: We do not allow full house rentals. We will rent a maximum of two (2) rooms per group or event. Unfortunately we are not able to host any events on our property such as weddings or baby showers.
Our facilities are not suitable for pets, however please be aware that this is a residence and we do have pets on the premises.
